Recently, as part of our ongoing partnership with MJ Landscapes and Maintenance, we were thrilled to assist with garden design and plant procurement for The Fibreglass Pool Company’s display centre in Slacks Creek. The goal was to create a lush, tropical garden that beautifully complements their wide range of fibreglass pools while ensuring the space is low-maintenance and visually striking.
Designing a Tropical Paradise for a Display Centre
To highlight the various fibreglass pool options, we curated a tropical planting palette designed to mimic the movement of water. By incorporating mounds and curved planting lines, we aimed to capture the essence of waves, creating a natural frame around the display pools. This soft, flowing design enhances the serenity of the display while showcasing the pools in an inviting, resort-like setting.
Low-Maintenance, Hardy Plants for a Lasting Impact
In a display setting, durability and ease of care are key. The plant varieties we selected for The Fibreglass Pool Company’s gardens are not only visually appealing but also hardy and low-maintenance, ensuring the garden stays lush and vibrant with minimal upkeep. Feature Cycads and Alcantarea’s were chosen for their ability to thrive in Queensland’s climate, offering year-round beauty and resilience.
